Meet Danielle Giddings Fontenot

Danielle was born in Santa Clarita, California, on September 6, 1976, and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2017. She earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2015. Prior to attending law school, Danielle completed a Bachelor of Science in Public Management from Northern Arizona University in 2012 and an Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Mohave Community College in 2011.


Danielle is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is the Secretary for the Mohave County Bar Association. Her legal practice focuses on Divorce and Domestic Relations Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury.


In addition to her legal work, Danielle serves as Vice President of Tri-State Athletics Community & Education Stars (TRACES), a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that youth in Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Needles, and Laughlin have the opportunity and resources to participate in sports and remain active.


Through TRACES, the organization works to remove barriers to youth participation in athletics and promote healthy, active lifestyles throughout the tri-state community.



Outside of her legal practice, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family on the river and traveling to new places.
